Support
One place for common questions, licensing guidance, commercial enquiries, and direct contact. This support hub replaces separate FAQ and contact pages with a clearer single-point structure.
Frequently asked questions
Are profits guaranteed?
No. Trading involves risk and losses can occur. Umniality Systems provides governed execution tools and automation, not financial guarantees.
Is this financial advice?
No. Umniality Systems products are execution and information systems only. They do not provide financial, investment, or trading advice.
Do UMNi products trade automatically?
Supported UMNi systems can operate automatically under predefined rules, session controls, and risk parameters. Exact behaviour depends on the product tier and deployment setup.
Can I run the products on a demo account?
Yes. Demo deployment is strongly recommended before moving to any live trading environment.
What is the difference between NTFY, ALRT, and CMND?
NTFY is the notification layer, ALRT expands into deeper live awareness and structured event reporting, and CMND extends the system with governed remote interaction and command capability.
How is licensing structured?
Licensing is handled per account and follows a tier-based structure. You can review licensing on the Licensing page and current access options on the Subscriptions page.
